This chart shows a 14 month look back at the correlation between Days on the Market and the margin between list price and sale price. Currently in the Northern Kentucky market, you can expect to get 96% of your list price and to sell your home in about 50 days, on average. Be careful when interpreting this because this doesn’t include homes that don’t sell because they are priced too high. The good news for sellers is that the number of homes on the market is lower than a year ago so homes are selling a couple weeks faster and with a tighter list price/sale price margin compared to this time last year.
